Featuring a single bedroom with an ensuite bath, including a clawfoot soaking tub, two cozy masonry fireplaces (one inside and one outside), covered wraparound porch with private hot tub, fire pit, fully equipped kitchen, mesh WiFi, and tall windows filling the space with light and inviting the outside in.

Location

Located within Timber Creek Trails, minutes away from local restaurants, breweries, and wineries. Consider trying The Eat Out, Grateful Head Pizza, Girls Gone Wine, and Beavers Bend Brewery. Lots of our other favorite restaurants are right down the road.

There are numerous opportunities to discover the surrounding areas and activities of Hochatown. From Broken Bow Lake to Beavers Bend State Park, consider launching a boat on the lake at Beavers Bend Marina or strolling through nature in the nearby state park. There is also local ax throwing, a go-kart speedway, zip-lining, and golf (remember to check with the local business for hours and seasonality).

Living Spaces

Inside, the great room has high ceilings, white shiplap walls, and warm rustic floors. Lots of natural light coming from the row of windows fills the space. In the evenings, gather around the living room fireplace to enjoy a good book or watch a movie on the smart flatscreen TV.

In the kitchen, a window over the sink invites natural light indoors, with stainless-steel appliances to keep up with your individual culinary expertise. Delight in the kitchen with its granite counters, custom cabinets, and an inviting kitchen island perfect for gourmet meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless steel refrigerator, glass cooktop stove with oven, and dishwasher. Small appliances include microwave, drip coffee maker, Keurig (K-cup) coffee maker, crockpot, mixer, blender and toaster. The cabinets are stocked with Crate & Barrel dishes, drinking glassware, bakeware, cookware and utensils for cooking and eating.

Decide to stay in and whip up a home cooked meal or fire up the outside grill with your favorite recipes.

Master Bedroom and Ensuite

Sink into the comfort of your master suite with a luxurious foam mattress and warm soft bedding.

Enjoy your spa-like oasis. Complete with a clawfoot soaking tub, large walk-in shower, and double vanity. Add a few scoops of lavender bath salts and a glass of your favorite wine to make your bath time truly relaxing.

Outdoor

Walking out onto the back deck you are greeted with a breathtaking view of the wooded landscape. The corner lot sits on over 1+ acres with a fragrant pine tree canopy. Enjoy the views from the deck or make your way down the steps to the inviting fire pit. Sink back into the Adirondack chairs to enjoy some stargazing, conversation, and some yummy s’mores around the warm glow of a natural wood fire. The grade to the firepit is a little steep, be careful when making your way to enjoy the firepit.

On the side deck, you’ll find a private hot tub, another gas fireplace, a lounge area, and a gas grill. End your night here, relaxing in the hot tub, letting the therapeutic jets soothe away your stress, and relaxing your senses while enjoying the fireplace and an adult beverage.
