Immediately, when you pull into the cabin, you’ll notice the large roundabout driveway, large enough for multiple vehicles and boats. You’ll notice the large front deck with beautiful views and lawn chairs as you enter the large front doors. You’ll be taken by the massive A-frame interior and ceiling height. Oakie-A is unlike any cabin you have been in! Beautiful stone craftsmanship of the fireplace and kitchen, large modern windows throughout ceiling to floor, and the steel floating stairs! The entire cabin was decorated & furnished by a high-end interior designer giving you 5-star quality throughout from the furniture to the blankets & sheets! On the main floor, you will have two master suites with their own bathrooms and stand-up showers, king-size beds, with large windows, and French doors that lead out to the back porch. Each with its own 50” smart tv. The kitchen area has a separate butler pantry with extra food storage, stackable laundry machines, microwave & all your appliances. Off the side of the cabin, there is a covered deck space with a television over the fireplace to enjoy TV outdoors! On the back of the cabin is a large deck area with high-end, outdoor furniture, complete with a covered hot tub experience. The side porch TV is viewable from the hot tub. Hard lines gas grill, no need to use propane tanks! As you go up the steel stairs, you’ll notice a large loft with 55 inch TV, an air hockey table and two chairs and he’s sleeping sofa to entertain everyone! Upstairs is the enclosed 3rd bedroom with 2 built-in queen bunk beds, a 50-inch television, and a full bathroom. Enough seating in the kitchen to feed 12 at a time. The back deck has a dining table for 8 10 chairs around the fire pit, custom-built hammock swing, cornhole, and string lights around the property. ◆ Getting to Know Broken Bow (aka Hochatown) ◆ People flock from all over the south all year long to visit this amazing part of SE Oklahoma because of its natural beauty and splendor. Most people know the area as “Broken Bow”, but the area where the cabins are located is actually called “Hochatown”. Hochatown is a small town full of BIG FUN! Hochatown is all about GLAMPING and having fun! You can go hiking in the Kiamichi Forest (all of the trails are a short drive from the cabin area), boating on Broken Bow Lake, exploring the many wineries, or visiting some of the cool attractions. We’ll send you an online Area Guide with every attraction and restaurant in Broken Bow once you book to make your trip planning even easier! Maximum Occupancy: 10, Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund. Grounds security is provided via outdoor security cameras and does NOT permit the following at any time: No Pets No Smoking or Vaping of any kind No Fireworks Permitted No Parties! Must be 21 to rent and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay. Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service. A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, washers/dryers, towels, and linens. Propane is provided for gas grills. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups. We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out. Fireplaces are seasonal from mid-October to early May. (Dates may change if the weather changes early.) You will be required to sign a rental agreement. A $300 security deposit will be held on your card during your stay and released 2 days after your departure pending no damages or missing items. Furniture and decors are subject to change without notice. Please note that this is a forested area and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000. Please check online for the current burn ban status before using the outdoor firepit.
