Must be 23 to rent and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay. Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service. A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, washers/dryers, towels, and linens. Propane is provided for gas grills. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups. We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out. Fireplaces are seasonal from mid-October to early May. (Dates may change if the weather changes early.) You will be required to sign a rental agreement. A $300 security deposit will be held on your card during your stay and released 2 days after your departure pending no damages or missing items. Furniture and decors are subject to change without notice. Please note that this is a forested area and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000. Please check online for the current burn ban status before using the outdoor firepit.
