The first floor showcases a spacious living area that features a lodge-style fireplace. Next to this is a formal dining area that is situated in a way where the views of the outdoor living area and towering pines are in eyesight. The fully outfitted gourmet kitchen, with gas stove top, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher is complimented by custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and expansive island seating.

The outdoor living area features covered and uncovered seating areas with an additional fireplace, TV, and lovely views of the surrounding woods. The porch includes a view-facing hot tub, outdoor dining table, and grill. Outdoor games include custom corn hole boards.

The bedrooms contain one room has three queen beds and the other room has one queen bed and one twin bed.
