Completed in May 2022, Copper Haven is a brand new, 1 bedroom/1.5 bathroom, modern luxury cabin located on 1.1 acres at the back of the development in Hickory Ridge, a private and peaceful wooded neighborhood with only 12 cabins. Enjoy unobstructed forest views off the back porch as the neighboring property is undeveloped. Ideal for a couple looking to escape or for a small family. Our location is secluded enough for you to relax, but only minutes away from main attractions such as Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake and Hochatown to explore the best that Southeastern Oklahoma has to offer.
THE CABIN:
Enjoy the well-equipped kitchen that boasts one of a kind custom cabinets, a beautiful sage tile backsplash and island, stainless steel appliances, and a modern farmhouse sink. It is the perfect place to cook a meal to be enjoyed by all. For coffee lovers we offer both a 12-cup coffeemaker and a Keurig. There is a bench built into the backside of the island which provides additional seating at the dining room table when needed. The kitchen opens to the living area with a free-standing seasonal fireplace being the focal point of this great space along with a 50-inch smart TV. You will find a comfy sofa and chair which provide plenty of room for everyone to relax and catch up or spend time playing games with the kids!
The primary bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed with a Casper mattress and a private en-suite bathroom. This spa inspired bathroom boasts a gorgeous walk-in rainfall shower and his and hers double sinks. This bedroom is equipped with a USB charging dock (bring your own cords), a Dohm white noise machine and a 42-inch smart TV for your enjoyment. Bring up to 2 children at no extra cost, but please bring your own pack n play, cot or blow up mattress and linens.
Every room has French doors that open up onto the back covered patio. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch or on the covered back patio overlooking the quiet scenery of the forest. The private patio looks out onto undeveloped forest property with a secluded feel and provides a seating area, 4-person hot tub, seasonal gas log fireplace, a Weber propane grill and a 55-inch smart TV. With over 500 sq ft of covered deck space, there is room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the outdoors. Step off the back deck and enjoy a game of cornhole or roast some marshmallows on the fire pit or simply spend some time relaxing under the stars. *Please note that firewood is not included with the rental but can be provided for an additional fee.
