perfect for families, couples or friends and will comfortably sleep up to 8 guests.
THE SPACE
Master Bedroom #1 (sleeps 2): King bed, two nightstands, smart HDTV, ensuite
bathroom with vessel sink and custom wooden vanity, walk-in shower with oversized
rain shower head and hairdryer.
Master Bedroom #2 (sleeps 2): King bed, two nightstands, smart HDTV, ensuite
bathroom with vessel sink and custom wooden vanity, walk-in shower with oversized
rain showerhead, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.
Kitchen and Dining: Beautiful double-sided fireplace, large farmhouse table with seating
for 8, LG appliances (cooktop/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice
maker), drip coffee maker, toaster, two blenders, crock pot, hand mixer, can opener,
knife set, cooking utensils, pots, pans, flatware, dishes, drinkware, and marshmallow
roasting sticks.
Bunkroom (sleeps 4)/Entertainment Room/Bathroom: 4 individual twin beds, full sized
pool table, large sofa, gas fireplace, smart HDTV, games and attached bathroom with
vessel sink vanity, full-sized washer/dryer and French doors leading to the outdoor
patios.
Outdoor Patio #1: Large pergola with wood-burning stone fireplace, 4 cushioned patio
chairs and plenty of bench seating.
Outdoor Patio #2: Blaze gas grill, Dining table with seating for 6, island bar with seating
for 4, PK charcoal grill, outdoor refrigerator, Berner outdoor foosball table, 4–5-person
hot tub and fire pit with 8 chairs.

driveway for easy in/out boat parking, wood for wood-burning fireplace provided
