Celebrity chef and TV personality Eric Adjepong will be hosting a restaurant takeover inside Tuklo Grill at Choctaw Landing on Nov. 6 and 7.
Adjepong is the host of Food Network’s “Alex vs America” and “Wild Card Kitchen,” and previously appeared on “Top Chef,” “Top Chef All-Stars,” “Chopped,” “Guy’s Grocery Games,” “Supermarket Stakeout” and “Tournament of Champions.”
Adjepong is a first-generation Ghanaian American born and raised in New York City. He earned degrees in culinary arts and nutrition, as well as a degree in international public health nutrition, before going on to cook in several Michelin-star restaurants prior to his TV debut. He now owns his own contemporary Ghanaian restaurant, Elmina, in Washington, D.C.
Adjepong will be hosting a four-course meal at Tuklo Grill where he’ll work alongside Choctaw Landing chefs to create his signature Ghanaian cuisine, while also making appearances in the dining room. There will be one seating at 5 p.m. Friday and two seatings on Saturday – 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $150 per person and can be purchased here.
