✔ Bedroom 4 (upstairs): King bed, big screen tv, dresser and 2 nightstands, closet, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. (sleeps up to 2)
✔ Large downstairs bunkroom: 4 Queens and 2 Twin size beds, each bed has its own night light and charging outlet, big screen tv with gaming systems, loveseat couch and bean bag chairs, board game closet, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and 40-inch trough sink. (sleeps up to 10)
✔ Small downstairs bunkroom: 4 Twin size beds, dresser, each bed has its own night light, and the room is close to the downstairs master suites where parents are sleeping. (Shares a bathroom with one of the king bedrooms) (sleeps up to 4)
★ INTRODUCTION ★
Our property is on a large, elevated 3-acre lot overlooking 2 creeks that merge together at the corner of our land. The cabin has an emphasis on amenities and design that appreciates the land and surrounding nature. The cabin is intentionally designed to facilitate fun and togetherness with multiple families staying together.
The setting of the cabin is so picturesque you almost can’t believe it’s real. Sit outside on the back deck taking in the scenery of nature, trees, and the twin creeks while you listen to the sounds of the birds, frogs and crickets. You might even glimpse a family of deer! In the fall and winter, sit in front of the outdoor fireplace and watch your favorite show or game on the outdoor flat screen tv while enjoying the cool fresh air.
After a long day hiking or at the lake, relax in the hot tub and look at the stars in the sky above unobstructed by city lights. If a natural fire is more your thing, enjoy the firepit under the expansive starry night sky.
★ KITCHEN ★
✔ Gourmet kitchen that would please any chef with 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, and 2 ovens.
✔ Coffee and wine area with a wine fridge.
✔ Large island with seating and open concept overlooking the dining area and living room.
✔ Sliding windows overlooking the patio to directly accommodate the outdoor high-top seating area.
★ GAME ROOM ★
✔ Detached game room elevated over 20 feet overlooking one of the two creeks on the property. The game room has a wrap-around porch to appreciate the land and trees.
✔ The game room has a bar, powder bath, extra large big screen tv for big game watching, seating area, air hockey table, shuffleboard table, arcade, and bar top seating.
★ DINING AREA ★
✔ The indoor dining table will accommodate 10, and the island will handle 4 more.
✔ The outdoor bar top table will seat 4 while the outdoor patio dining table will accommodate another 8. 26 people could theoretically eat at the same time across indoor and outdoor seating.
✔ We will provide a high chair.
★ DECK AREA ★
✔ Back patio will have an outdoor kitchen with a grill, high-top seating, fireplace, big screen tv, casual seating area, and outdoor dining table.
✔ Hot tub that will accommodate about 8 adults is around the corner, in a more secluded area.
✔ A patio overlooking the creek, horseshoe box, cornhole area, and firepit.
Maximum Occupancy: 22 (adults, children 2+) Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund.
Grounds security is provided via outdoor security cameras and do NOT permit the following at any time:
No Pets No Smoking or Vaping of any kind No Fireworks Permitted No Parties!
Must be 25 to rent and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay.
There is a strict no-party policy in place and will be enforced!
Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service.
A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, washers/dryers, towels, and linens.
Propane is provided for gas grills. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups.
We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out.
Fireplaces are seasonal from mid-October to early May. (Dates may change if the weather changes early.)
You will be required to sign a rental agreement.
A $750 security deposit will be held on your card during your stay and released 2 days after your departure pending no damages or missing items.
Furniture and decors are subject to change without notice.
Please note that this is a forested area and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000. Please check online for the current burn ban status before using the outdoor firepit.
