Starter Supplies Provided
We provide a starter set of the following essentials:
• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• 2 rolls of paper towels
• Trash bags
• Hand soap pump at each sink
• 10 oz. Dawn dish soap
• 1 dishwashing washable cloth (we no longer provide sponges for sanitary reasons)
• 2 dish towels
• 2 bar mop towels
• 1 bath towel per guest
• 1 washcloth per guest
• 2–3 hand towels (based on guest count)
• Laundry detergent (if the cabin has a washer/dryer)
These are starter quantities only and may not last your entire stay.

Bella Vista is self-sustaining, generating its own power, water, and hot water. Despite its remote location, you’ll enjoy all the essentials, including AT&T Internet and cell service (Verizon & AT&T work best).
No bathtub or hot tub (to conserve energy)
Well water contains iron – bring bottled water if preferred
Getting Here – Road & Vehicle Requirements
Bella Vista sits 5 miles off Highway 259 on U.S. Forest Service roads. The drive is scenic, with chances to spot wildlife like deer, turkey, and hawks.

Roads are rocky and bumpy but never muddy. There are small creek crossings (typically under 4 inches of water) and 12% grade inclines leading up the mountain.

Boats, Trailers & ATVs
Boats & Trailers: Do not attempt to bring a boat up the mountain! Instead, rent a slip at Beavers Bend Marina.
️ ATVs Welcome: Ride directly into the Ouachita National Forest from the property. Guests are responsible for following US Forest Service regulations.
