Located in Beavers Bend State Park, the Friends Trail is the perfect place to connect with nature with a scenic experience. The Friends Trail is the first new trail to be added to the park in 15 years. Friends Trail begins at Spillway Creek, below the dam and makes an approximate 1.5 mile loop. This trail includes some steep climbs and runs alongside the Lower Mountain Fork River at certain points. It is a popular trail at Beavers Bend State Park and is well-maintained. To avoid getting lost, it is recommended that you download the offline map. The trail is not well-marked, and there are several diverging trails. Check out Friends Trail on AllTrails
