Cozy Corner has approximately 1700 sq ft of living area and is located in the Carson Creek area of Broken Bow Lake and is convenient to all the attractions of Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, Restaurant & Cedar Creek Golf Course. Cozy Corner has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Sleeping arrangements include 2 king bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs, 1 queen bedroom (downstairs and a full size sofa sleeper. Each bedroom has it’s own TV w/cable. You’ll be able to watch your favorite football, basketball or baseball game or if you’re a NASCAR fan you can watch the race! Cozy Corner has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare a feast for your family and friends. All you need to bring is the food! There is even a gas grill for outdoor cooking. Once the meal is prepared you’ll find all the dishes and flatware needed to serve the number of guest the cabin accommodates. Afterward just toss everything in the dishwasher and relax in the outdoor hot tub or in front of the indoor gas fireplace. The cabin is furnished with all the little extras you hope for on your vacation. You’ll even find a basket of goodies just for you! Stocked with extra pillows and blankets, the owner has thought of everything. Your vacation at Cozy Corner will be very comfortable. It’s the perfect way to go camping! Outside Cozy Corner has covered decks on three sides with an open deck in the back and an upstairs deck off the master bedroom area. The upstairs deck area provides a beautiful view the the wooded area below and the wet weather creek which often attracts wildlife and provides tranqulity when it’s running. The wild ferns are plentiful in the spring and summer. It’s simply beautiful and full of nature. Don’t miss Cozy Corner in the spring when the dogwoods are in bloom! WIFI is available for those who need to stay connected! The cabin is equipment with a land line for those who have trouble with their cell service. Long distance service is not provided.
