The Twisted Root

Unwind at The Twisted Root with it’s well appointed accommodations and spacious interior. This privately managed cabin sits on 1.5 acres with a year-round creek wrapping around the property and surrounding wooded areas. Inside, you’ll find the large living, dining and kitchen areas perfect for family gatherings. The kitchen includes a double oven and ice maker. We try to provide for every cooking need including cooking essentials, pots/pans, tools, serving dishes, etc… for both large and small family gatherings.  The Ninja coffee maker brews either a carafe or single cup. Downstairs, you’ll find 3 king bedroom suites, each with their own private bathrooms. Upstairs, there is 1 additional king bedroom suite and common sitting area with games, TV, game console and shuffleboard. You’ll also find the bunk room upstairs which includes 6 full sized beds, private bathroom and a magical tree house fort to explore!

Outside, relax by the outdoor fireplace, enjoy family meals with multiple seating areas, watch your favorite sport and cook at the grill with prep area. There is also an outside refrigerator for your beverages. An outdoor pool table and other games makes this a welcoming and comfortable space with tree lined and creek views. Further out from the deck, you’ll find the large hot tub overlooking the gurgling, year round creek, a custom play set for the kids and fire pit under the trees and stars!
